The villa is located in one of Eilat’s newest neighborhoods and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Eilat Mountains, with the shimmering Red Sea stretching out below.
On the upper level, there are three bedrooms: one main double room with an ensuite toilet and shower, along with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the Gulf of Eilat; one room with a double bed that has access to the balcony; and one room with a double bed without a balcony. This level also includes a shared toilet and shower room, making a total of two toilets and showers available.
The lower level contains another bedroom with a double bed and a shared toilet and shower room.
Outside, the villa boasts a large, well-maintained yard that features a heated pool with a child safety lock, a jacuzzi, a barbecue area with a work surface, as well as garden furniture and sunbathing spaces.
